As a Corporate Development Managing Director (Strategy, M&A), I lead acquisition and transformation operations in the industry, both nationally and internationally. I\'ve always been keen to take all dimensions of the business into account: strategy, commerce, industry, finance and human resources. In 2018, the CEO of the Vicat Group entrusted me with managing the acquisition of Brazilian cement manufacturer Ciplan. I led this complex project, steering a multidisciplinary team. Together, we found innovative solutions to conclude the acquisition on the best terms for the Group, while ensuring a harmonious integration.
