Experienced Executive Director and Fintech Entrepreneur with a proven track record in strategic leadership, business development, and innovation across the fintech and import/export industries. I currently serve as the Founder and CEO of CSH DIREK S.A,one of the first legally registered fintech company in Haiti, where I lead efforts to bring secure, accessible, and inclusive digital financial services to millions of underserved and unbanked Haitians.With over a decade of experience driving growth in emerging markets, I specialize in strategic planning, project and program management, cross-border operations, and financial inclusion. My work is rooted in a mission to empower local communities—especially women, cooperatives, and informal entrepreneurs—through technology-driven solutions that enable access to savings, payments, remittances, and microfinancial tools.Before launching CSH DIREK, I built a strong foundation in the import/export industry, where I gained valuable experience managing logistics, operations, and international trade.
