Led company through consistent, profitable expansion, included domestic and global sourcing and distribution sites.• Grew organization to 12 staff members and oversaw talent acquisition.• Raised more than $1.5M in grant funding on behalf of schools for new STEM initiatives.• Quickly responded to COVID-19 by launching online integration templates and professional development focused on adapting to remote and hybrid instruction. Development and launch of Shopify ecommerce site in 2020 to make resources more accessible.• Designed and opened new optimized distribution center in 2019 and improved inventory organization resulting in increased warehouse productivity. Reduced QC errors by 95% by refining the fulfillment and Quality Control (QC) measures. • Designed employee incentive program in 2019 increasing warehouse productivity by 80%.• Hired Chinese contractor and developed a Shenzhen consolidation center in 2018.
