As President of the Canadian Leadership Company, I help organizations develop leaders who thrive under pressure, adapt with resilience, and build teams that deliver results. Drawing from a career that bridges military service, corporate leadership, and academia, I bring a unique perspective on what it takes to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.My foundation as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces instilled in me the discipline, adaptability, and mission-focus that underpin effective leadership. At the Royal Military College of Canada, I served as a professor of Organizational Behaviour and Leadership, preparing the next generation of leaders to think critically, act decisively, and navigate complexity with integrity.Transitioning into the private sector, I held senior executive roles at Medcan and ReGen Scientific, where I led teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and drove performance through innovation, accountability, and strategic vision.Today, I combine these experiences as both a practitioner and corporate leader. I am passionate about leadership that is not only effective in achieving organizational goals but also transformative in shaping culture and people. Through The Canadian Leadership Company, I work with executives, teams, and organizations across Canada to design and deliver leadership development experiences that are practical, immersive, and lasting.
