I currently direct Global Business Development of the CALA Region operation of Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, and the Caribbean, helping to drive continuous growth by supporting potential franchisees on merger & acquisitions and take-overs, joint ventures or start-ups, and current affiliates in recruiting initiatives. I have also introduced the Corcoran brand in the CALA region and lead in the marketing and sales execution strategy. My focus includes developing and implementing a strong corporate growth strategy to increase the Gross Commission Income of current prospects in contract negotiations and defining, adapting, and executing sales strategies while leading multi-million dollar producing teams. Building strong partnerships with global real estate organizations through active participation in different networking and industry events and expanding Realogy’s global presence is one of the highlights of my job.
