   In charge of developing, implementing and scaling the strategy of a water quality project in Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, India through in-line chlorination technology. The project is worth USD$55 million and will impact 14 million people with access to chlorinated water, which has positive outcomes in health, nutrition and education.I mainly develop tools and process to keep a 100 people team organize. This includes cross-cutting functions with MEL, cost effectiveness, finance, operations, and global leadership. Some of these processes are towards building a technical assistance (TA) model with the Indian Government for the eventual hand in of the project through their Jal Jeevan Mission.I also coordinate recruitment efforts to build a high skilled and dynamic pool of individuals that will deploy the project on the field and with the Indian Federal Government through a Program Management Unit I also support the operations team with operations products development such as Statements of Work, Rehearsals of Concepts, Requests for Quotes, tenders, etc. Finally, I collaborate with additional fundraising efforts to expand the scope and geography of the project in the near future.
