With more than 20 years as a senior media/entertainment executive, Francisco has extensive experience in content production, programming and distribution across a variety of genres with a focus on digital distribution and monetization strategies/solutions. He has held senior positions at companies including Video Bliss Inc, Penthouse Media Group/FriendFinder Networks, KYBOE! US Inc. and Marc Bell Capital Partners.Francisco was the Director of Production and Technology at Video Bliss/Danni’s Hard Drive in Culver City, CA, managing all network programming and production strategies while increasing cumulative website ratings by more than 150%. He also created original programming and pioneered live internet shows which led to the now popular live chats and one of the first Internet/broadcast convergent media platforms in the adult industry. Francisco was also responsible for the technical infrastructure and IT strategies of the company.When Penthouse acquired Video Bliss Inc. in 2006, he was promoted to GM of Production leading daily operations of a sq. ft production studio in Chatsworth, CA, managing a budget of $2M+ and developing logistics that increased the production of scenes by 200% a month and decreasing the cost by 75%. Penthouse acquired FriendFinder Networks in December of 2007 and Francisco’s responsibilities expanded from producing content to also managing all of the Penthouse websites. He was also responsible for providing content to all the FriendFinder Networks divisions and producing and distributing multi-genre content globally. He helped transition Penthouse Media Group from a linear business model into a digital content production and distribution company incorporating 3D, 4K, IPTV, Internet, mobile, OTT, and cable platforms increasing digital revenues.
