ABOUT FRANCISCO VILLANUEVA

I am an author, keynote speaker, coach and trainer - also blind since the age of 18. I support people on their way to find and activate trust. I help embrace trust using Interactive Mapping; a method I developed myself as a trained psychologist and based on my life experiences. I support executive Managers, self-employees and teams to develop and strengthen attentive and trustful structures. By shifting your perspective into a trust mode and systematically activating \"blind trust\", you can learn to understand and to come in touch with your uncertainties, reduce fears and sharpen your goals. Those who consciously choose to activate the mode of trust, head more aware, open and joyful through the challenges of work and everyday life. Living the motto \"trusting blindly is a way of seeing\", blind trust does not stand for giving up responsibility. Rather, it is the key to a radical change of perspective with self-determination to focus on what most matters: the way to your goal. I teach my methods with personal coaching and training, workshops for small and big organizations and public speaking.
