About Francisco Rodriguez
Since a young age my parents always pushed me to the the best to whatever I did in life either if it would be sports or a job always do your best. What I believe helped me achieve this is that I fell in love with soccer at 4 years old and never stopped playing it. The competition and the willing to win made me fall in love, I’m happy that I got to play on multiple club soccer teams and in the collegiate level where I got my Masters in Business Administration. Out of all the sweat and tears that I worked in the summer heat from my freshman year of college made me who I am. I couldn’t always be hanging out with my friends during my summer time because I’d had to be working but I’m thankful because that made me realize how hard someone has willing to work. Ever since I was younger I have always been fascinated with technology, that is why I received a Bachelor\'s degree in business and a Master in Business Administration. My internship really drew me in because it was a full days of work, I got to school at 7 in the morning and didn\'t leave until 7 at night. We had hardships throughout it but that’s also what made me want to continue to do my best. As I started learning about business and how it works from the wholesale distribution of industrial and construction supplies, I knew that no type of business is easy to manage. But it gave me the opportunity to get my hands dirty different aspects of how business works. From a sales support representative to an account specialist allowed me to wear different hats in the business world. It made me capable of learning different types of software that the company used, and allowed me how other corporates worked such as Archrock and Weir. The experience and knowledge that I gained from these companies is unmatched. May 2020, graduating with my MBA and the notorious COVID-19 pandemic is gearing to start. The uncertainty of attaining a job was a nightmare, I was blessed enough to join Alldredge Gardens as a chemical technician from working out on the field and learning about the environment, now as an ASM I have learned how to deal with clients and learn much more about pricing and invoicing.
