Number one, I will obtain a thorough brief from you, to establish the most pressing issues that require my attention. I will also determine what the strategic vision is of the company and establish what I can do to help you achieve your commercial objectives. Number 2, determine any areas for opportunity and growth. And #3 I will set out my expectations based on what you would expect to achieve and how I am going to achieve it? I will also set up the tasks and responsibilities and then set them towards achieving the strategic vision of the organization.• Fluent in English and Spanish (Speaking, Reading and Writing) and speak Portuguese which can be termed quite valuable when communicating oil principles and practices to clients and team.
