Flange leakage calculation by the following methods: Pressure Equivalent, ASME Section VII Div 1 appendix 2 and NC 3658.3. FE pipe axisymmetric analysis. Verify Allowable loads for different equipment such as Pumps, API 610, Compressors, API 617, Vessels per WRC 297, Heat Exchangers, API 660 and API 661, with subtasks on Caesar II. Able to model local discontinuities on piping such as cracks, thinned wall thickness and unconventional geometry using the newly released “Edit Geometry” tool at FE Pipe and Nozzle Pro software. Focus on fundamentals of stress theories as a result of PE exam preparation. TWIC card ready. Dual Mexican/American citizenship.
