Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Electrical Wiring Build Associate to support vehicle build operations with a strong focus on electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in automotive wiring harnesses, vehicle assembly processes, and electrical validation. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of electrical components throughout the build lifecycle.Key Responsibilities- Interpret and apply engineering drawings, circuit diagrams, and vehicle architecture schematics- Route and secure automotive wiring harnesses using appropriate clips and fasteners- Support harness manufacturing, assembly, debugging, updates, and retrofitting activities- Conduct inspections of electrical and mechanical components against engineering specifications and BOMs- Read and generate Bills of Materials (BOM); cross-reference with build books and documentation- Perform vehicle-level inspections, reporting, and walk-around sign-offs- Resolve build-related issues through ICAs (Interim Containment Actions) and PCAs (Permanent Corrective Actions)- Coordinate material and parts ordering, handling, and organization- Provide daily and weekly build status updates to cross-functional teams- Collaborate with local and remote teams to ensure alignment and timely execution- Execute vehicle testing and validation procedures in accordance with defined protocols- Utilize CAD and harness design software to support build activities and documentation.
