I have over 20 years of experience with IT. I am both a functional and technical leader for Project Management and Consulting processes. My experience extends to managing complex global programs and large portfolios for the Cloud plus Process and Distribution Manufacturing areas. Includes leadership of large Project Portfolios using the best practices in Revenue Recognition, Costs, and Resource controls. I create and deliver presentations, and lead meetings to CXO level executives, sales and channel teams. Strong knowledge of implementation projects, as well as an understanding of business processes involving the Banking industry, Risks (Credit, Market and Operational), Customer Intelligence (Market Campaign, Statistical Modeling to use for cross-selling, and up-sell techniques), Utilities (Energy Oil & Gas), and customer relations.
