I am a questioning, empathetic and data-driven professional who seeks to align all aspects of a business to deliver value to customers and results to shareholders. As an engineer I will always consider the factual aspect of all issues, but my personality makes me center and motivate my decisions on the people impacted. As a conscious innovator, experimentation is dear to me, and so is focus. Perhaps that is why I like design methodologies so much: human centered, with divergence and convergence steps. Spontaneous with a great energy towards getting things done, I love diverse spaces where people can collaborate, try, thrive and also fail, knowing that this is all part of the process of making our world a little better, having fun along the way.
