Agency Liaison works with both Admissions and Agency leadership to ensure a smooth transition into the Aware Recovery Care Program for incoming clients. Accountable for reviewing eligibility and program expectation before the client meets with the assigned care team. Explains the Admission documentation necessary for entry into the ARC program to clients and obtains appropriate verbal authorization while in the client\'s presence.
