I am passionate about creating a cleaner, more equitable future for all by working at the intersection of sustainability, business, and public policy. As the Deputy Chief of Staff at the USC Schwarzenegger Institute, I develop and implement climate and environmental initiatives that drive real impact. From advancing clean energy research to shaping policy solutions, my work is focused on building a healthier planet while ensuring economic and social equity remain at the forefront. With a background in Environmental Science from UCLA and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, I bring both technical expertise and business strategy to sustainability-driven solutions. In addition to my work at USC, I serve on the board of WRISE - Los Angeles, where I help advance the role of women in renewable industries and clean energy. As a Latina working in underrepresented industries, I know the importance of fostering coalitions. I am committed to building bridges—between communities, sectors, and nations—to create lasting, inclusive change.
