ABOUT FRANCISCA FOLCH COUYOUMDJIAN
Experienced university professor, passionate about teaching Shakespeare, Poetry and fin-de-siècle literature. As a Fulbright Scholar, she obtained her PhD in Comparative Literature at the University of Austin, Texas. Her research is focused on fin-de-siècle and modernist literature in Latin America, Britain, France, and Russia, and particularly on its engagement with performance studies in the fields of opera and dance. She worked as dance critic and loves the theatre.
