With two decades of industry-specific experience in the media and entertainment sector, I head up a global team in content delivery and technology operations at Warner Bros. Discovery. We\'re responsible for the upkeep and optimal performance of over 100 media supply chain applications, facilitating seamless content delivery to Max, HBO Max, Affiliates, and other Warner Bros. Discovery brands on a global scale. My responsibilities extend to supervising the entire content delivery workflow - from the scheduling phase to the ultimate delivery on the Max platform. Previously, I led a data and analytics DevOps team that empowered data engineers to harness HBO Max telemetry data for business analytics purposes. This team also adeptly functioned as an MLOps unit, constructing platforms, and integrating AI/Machine Learning solutions into HBO Max\'s marketing operations. My professional forte includes data strategy, data science, business intelligence, and support for AWS-based applications and platforms. My passion lies in the responsible and ethical implementation of AI technologies, particularly in the realm of generative AI. I am deeply committed to leveraging this technology for the twin goals of business growth and societal betterment.

   Leading a global content delivery and technology operations team with engineers across the world, that owns the availability and performance of 100+ global media supply chain applications that delivers content to HBO Max, Affiliates and other WBD brands. • Leading a data and analytics DevOps team that helps data engineers to bring HBO Max telemetry data for business analytics. This team plays the role of MLOps to build platforms and integrate AI/Machine Learning solutions with marketing operations for HBO Max. WBD Snowflake, Looker, DataBricks etc are part of the tech stack under management. • Owns the end-to-end content delivery workflow management starting from scheduling to final delivery to HBO Max platform. Managing this one stop shop for global content ops to enable on time sunrise of all titles with reliability. • Played a major role in HBO Max global expansions by establishing and managing a task force to ramp up localized content delivery in 21 languages, 17 regions and over features/episodes. Well prepared for the next WBD global expansion with content and data delivery solutions. • Established and implemented a proactive and predictive monitoring framework for media supply chain applications, workflows, queue management and data platforms that helped to gain significant MTTR enhancements.
