Production and deployment of the SASe open source robots (Subsurface Automated Samplers for eDNA) as part of the Mission: Iconic Reefs project for biodiversity monitoring in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and 2. Environmental DNA extractions, PCR amplification ( & Ilumina NGS Library Prep), gel electrophoresis, and analysis of time-series DNA sequence data for the MBON (Marine Biodiversity Observation Network) global biodiversity monitoring project.
