   Blackleaf Solutions founder, Francis Kamp, spent most of his career in the electronic security business. In he joined ASG Security shortly after the company was formed. As Vice President of Information systems, Fran implemented, managed, integrated, and enhanced ASG’s back-office systems during the company’s rapid growth from its first customer to its status as the 10th largest electronic security company in the U.S.(SDM 2015). He worked with business owners and internal resources to oversee the assimilation of hundreds of acquisition transactions throughout his tenure. After ASG was acquired in 2015, Francis left his position, found a passion leveraging his experience and knowledge helping small and mid-sized companies grow, and founded Blackleaf Solutions LLC in 2016.Blackleaf Solutions, LLC provides organizational services to assist growing electronic security companies create processes and systems to more effectively manage their businesses. Blackleaf\'s goal is to provide growing companies the expert knowledge needed to integrate accounts, provide ROI on systems integration and to streamline process management.
