The assignment involves developing a toolkit of diverse collaborative tools and templates to strengthen the CCM feedback mechanisms with key stakeholders, particularly Civil Society (CS) communities. This includes the review of existing Bi-Directional Feedback tools and protocols to identify best practices including research and evaluate the viability of using various technology tools to support bi-directionalfeedback. The key deliverables include:Deliverable 1: A slide deck \'Menu\' of examples of tools and methods for effective bi-directional feedback. Deliverable 2: MS Word tool for collating CCM constituency feedback including a concordance style table to capture key constituency inputs of relevant responses/outcomes from the CCM. Deliverable 3: A digital tool for CCM members to adapt and use to facilitate bi-directional feedback.
