Have successfully completed many commercial new, remedial in construction build and or hard / soft external projects over the past 30 years. Clients have been from varied disciplines like Health Trusts, Education, Ministry of Defence, Mixed use facilities on green or brownfield sites. Worked satisfactorily in partnership with key stakeholders. Skills in these have been varied including continuous successes at the positions of Senior and Construction Manager, Contracts Manager multi works to £500K. Have recently completed a series of local Senior Site and Construction Manager roles but wish to return to a suitable Contracts Manager position which I have achieved for over 4 years, where my wealth and wide scope of experiences benefit clients seamlessly in the success of their new, remedial or mixed wide scope commercial structural build and / or hard and soft landscape projects completed on time, safely and to spec.
