Application Support and Produce feasibility studies, cost reports, and timelines. Collaborate with developers and end-users to create, test, and implement systems. Design, build, and deploy BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and reporting tools. Create and store data efficiently (e.g, OLAP cubes), execute database queries, and generate reports. Azure cloud environments and Office 365 applications. Translate client requirements into technical project briefs Present proposals and project plans to clients. Supervise testing schedules, document processes, and provide training and user manuals for new systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
