Backplanes Division Controller Cables Division Controller Plastics Division Controller NRGY Division Controller • Responsible for the overall financial management and profitability of 9 manufacturing plants on a Global platform (US (4), MEX (3), UK, CN). • Responsible for all financial aspects of division operations including financial forecasting, planning, budgeting, and financial control systems • Review/Approve all plant reporting and analysis before submitting to corporate • Monthly P&L and Quarterly Business Reviews with CEO, CFO, corporate financial VP’s, in addition to board members • Established division/plant reporting to give operations stronger support to aide in financial growth (revenue and gross profit) • Low Volume/High Margin businesses supporting various industries: Telecommunications, Medical, Automotive, Defense, Consumer Products • Manage and direct staff of controllers, accountants and clerks to conduct all routine procedures and duties associated with the division • Interpret financial data collection to influence, recommend, or impel management toward logical decisions consistent with company objectives • Monitor customer credit and collections • Develop and implement systems to control the manufacturing operation costs and maintain systems to monitor product lines and customer profitability
