I spent the large majority of my career in finance with increased interests for and focus on strategic planning, service and transformation. I worked in complex, demanding and fast pace environments of high visibility and interest, and led many horizontal transformative efforts to strengthen organizational goals and operations.I have learned through my experiences that the best way to demonstrate true leadership and being successful at it is by inspiring and motivating employees through bold thinking, and by giving them opportunities to feel empowered.
