Foundation Trustee - The Trustees shall have the powers incident to their office in order to carry out the purposes of the Foundation as enumerated in Article II, and the Trustees shall have the power to approve all donations, grants, awards, scholarships, fellowships and the like, and provide that such donations, grants, awards, scholarships, fellowships and the like may be made from the income,contributions, corpus or principal assets of the Foundation as the Trustees deem proper.District Governor for CT-I - The Chief Executive and Administrative Officer in the district shall be the District Governor. The District Governor shall be responsible for the execution of the policies and programs of UNICO National in his or her District. All authority necessary for the accomplishment of the foregoing shall vest in the District Governor. Includes the Bridgeport, Oakville/Watertown, Stamford and Waterbury Chapters of UNICO National.
