Collaborate with business and function leaders to define competencies for specific roles. · Use knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO guidelines to create job descriptions that create a fair and equal opportunity for all applicants.· Use Boolean strings and other search methods on job boards and social media to efficiently source candidates with relevant skills and experience. · Use recruitment KPIs such as time to fill, submittals per opening, interviews, and number of placements to set personal goals and celebrate wins. · Prescreen candidates to evaluate compatibility with job requirements. · Track job activity and candidate touchpoints notes using an Applicant Tracking System. · Coordinate interview schedules and conduct interview preparation. · Negotiate compensation, extend verbal and written offers, and assist with the onboarding process. · Stay up to date on trends, software, certifications, and industry-related skills for respective clients to ensure relevant information and expectations are presented to candidates clearly and early on. · Provide appropriate candidate feedback to clients to help mitigate drawbacks and streamline the hiring process.· Service existing and new business accounts through regular customer contact/visits.Through our contingent staffing, direct placement, contract-to-direct, executive search, and pay rolling services, we connect people and business in ways that change lives…and we do so with a personal touch that respects the importance tied to fruitfully matching companies and the candidate
