At my table there will always be an open space for captivating ideas, enthralling communication and acceptance. I\'m highly interested in providing high quality experiences within travel, food & service industry. I\'ve worked in various contact center directly in training, sales and customer communication. I want to continue to analyze trend and data to better establish policies and improve current and potential buy-in from customers. I have a Bachelor of Arts from University of Rochester one of the premier Political methodology and quantitative universities. One research project I remember assisting with involved using SPSS to analyze data from Urban-Suburban desegregation programs. I\'ve spend the majority of my career in the non-profit and public education sector in New York and Texas. This has grounded me as a skilled Learning and Development professional that is looking to branch back into data.
