With 15+ years of luxury & prestige retailer experience, I\'m an Operations & Project Director with a demonstrated history of successfully driving programs associated with new product launches, sales presentations, retail store designs, capital/operational budget planning and vendor negotiations.As Director of Merchandising Operations for the Estee Lauder Companies, I specialize on the in-store experience and placement of new product launches at top retailers across North America (Sephora, Ulta, Macys etc) with a focus on the consumer journey through merchandising designs, visual story-telling and brand presentation at store level.
