   As an Executive Group Chair, I work with talented executives from non-competing companies who like challenging themselves and helping others. We work to build connections and support each other through a defined process and a philosophy of “Carefrontation,” where we help each other deal with difficult challenges with honesty and accountability. Senior leaders face unusual challenges, working to impact change while not being the ultimate decision maker. I guide peer groups of professionals as they help each other learn, grow, and solve real and urgent problems. We take a full day each quarter to think strategically as a group, with individual meetings in between our group meetings for one-on-one discussion and feedback. Executive Agenda (EA) is Wisconsin’s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated exclusively to executive development across diverse business functions. We’re focused on shaping members into confident leaders, critical thinkers and problem solvers. And we care about generating unique corporate and personal value for the leader you want to be, the leader you know you are.
