In Globacap we aim at implementing the most modern standards and practices of technology, including a mature DevOps culture, in which as advised by the recent years\' Puppetlabs \"State of DevOps\" whitepapers, Platform Engineering is a key factor to implement. In this context, as a hands-on Engineering Manager of the Platform Squad, I am working toward the creation of a Platform Engineering practice as embodiment of the Globacap\'s DevOps culture, aiming at creating a holistic pool of tools, infrastructure and automation for the development and SRE teams, keeping their needs as a guide, reducing the cognitive load and the time spent by each team to craft their own solution.
