Project Manager Multi-bank Dashboard (BNL, MPS, BPM, BPER, CREVAL, POPSO) with a new front-end, new features, App in Power BI mobile optimized for mobiles and tablets, Tabular model- Supervised developing new front-end and new features tool MPM (Manufactoring Process Management)- Developed, for Poste italiane, RDM (Remote Device Management), end-to-end solution based on Microsoft Power Platform, for IoT networks management (planning, service, maintenance, automated reporting, real-time monitoring, automated workflows, data entry by Power Apps, fraud and anomaly detection, what-if analysis, process optimization, clustering devices, supply chain benchmarking) so to increase network effectiveness-efficiency.Working for a startup I was exposed to all areas of the Business- CAM (Customer acquisition management) and CRM (Customer relationship management)- Recruitment and Selection of new employees- Training and coordination of new hires.
