Coaching = accompanying towards achieving awareness of need Training = transfer of knowledge to support the realization Consulting = support in the application of operational projects Facilitation = support in the direction of management autonomy WHY ME? 1⃣ Because I have a growing curiosity to improve the effective change practices that I recommend every day 2⃣ Because so many entrepreneurs and colleagues are believing in what I do and the way I do it 3⃣ Because I believe that learning, studying, training are still the only ways to achieve the desired results DO YOU WANT TO KNOW ME A LITTLE BETTER? 🧐 I decided to be a Management Engineer because I have always liked giving a rational sense to the questions I face ‍ I immediately chose the free profession because I like being able to choose which path to follow and above all change it if I think it is appropriate 🧠 The last 10 years I trained on relational issues through the study of Transactional Analysis in the Organizational Field, I qualified as a Professional Coach and I deepened the experience through attention to communication care 🧞I currently apply my Change Management model in projects in which I am involved as a facilitator of change and I notice that, despite the proverbial resistances that we all as individuals usually put forward, the approach works and returns important results
