Oversee team activities, provide advice and guidance to team members- Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, including initiating programs, driving delivery, and providing support when issues arise- Provide cross-functional leadership and build alignment for efforts in product and service delivery- Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project success- Provide back, customer’s feedbacks and needs to other company stakeholders like Marketing, Product and Engineering- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality- Ensure adherence to established standards and methodologies- Provide support as SME for Whatsapp and Chabot in whole company activities, especially in EU- Provide support to SE team for Italy sales activities
