I am a purpose-driven, dedicated, and disciplined individual with a strong academic foundation and a diverse international background. Graduating with top honours in Management and Marketing from the University of Bologna, I developed a deep understanding of business concepts. My Master’s in Finance from Copenhagen Business School further refined my financial expertise, while my time at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) broadened my business strategy perspective. These experiences have equipped me with a versatile skill set and a global mindset, preparing me to excel in dynamic business environments.During my tenure as Vice President of a prominent student association in Bologna, my leadership abilities came to the forefront. My experience at Chr-Hansen, a leading Danish biotech company, further sharpened my skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and interpersonal communication as I collaborated with experienced professionals in senior roles. Now, at McKinsey, I am accelerating my growth as a well-rounded, analytical, and collaborative professional, while solving complex problems and driving holistic impact.I am passionate about identifying business issues, dissecting problems, and analysing data to provide data-driven insights that can help companies make more informed decisions. I prioritise long-term success and am willing to put in extra effort in the present for a greater impact in the future. Therefore, I make decisions that are sustainable for myself and align with my personal perspective and values.I thrive in diverse teams, but I also enjoy independent tasks.
