I\'m a passionate Hospitality Management graduate who can\'t wait to put what I\'ve learned into practice and see what the world has to offer. I have always been passionate about the hospitality world and over the years I have managed to build up a very good experience in operations and customer service excellence. I am an open-minded person with a strong desire to deliver quality service regardless of the task. My specialties include quick learning, leadership skills, teamwork and a strong desire to succeed. I enjoy interacting and socializing with new people and cultures, and speaking three languages (Italian, English and Spanish) has made everything easier over the years.
