ABOUT FRANCESCO VITALI DE BONDA

In 2008 I attended at the University of Rome “Roma Tre” a specialised course in English on “International business contracts and Arbitration”. After the my JD, I worked in Toronto at Lae Technologies Inc, on the legal and commercial aspects of the company. Since September 2009, I have been working in Nunziante Magrone Law Firm, mainly working on corporate and commercial issues. My activity focuses in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, SPA, legal opinions and all the corporate and contractual aspects of the transactions; over the years I have also developed specific expertise in M&A and, given the close link of the Firm with Turkey, I have been assisting a wide variety of Turkish companies operating in Italy. Areas of expertise: Corporate law, Commercial law, M&A, Contract law.
