Senior Architecture Project Manager responsible for the overall coordination and execution of Retail and Key Account projects. 8+ years in Retail project management, with global experience and stores delivered in North America, Asia, Europe. PMI Member. I completed with my team many projects in NA (30+ stores/year in USA and Canada), APAC (including stores in South East Asia, Australia and China), EMEA (franchise and O&O stores in Northern and Southern Europe). In 20••••23 I lead as XPM the development and the construction of a Flagship store on Fifth Avenue – New York City, a strategic and challenging project for a multinational jewelry company. Highly flexible and able to manage retail projects of all types, including shop-in-shop, regular retail fit-outs, flagship stores (up to $25M budget). Problem solving oriented, passionate traveller, curious, respectful and open to the specificities of different cultures and working methods. Capable of working in a highly pressured work environment, making quick and clear decisions, exploring out-of-the-box solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead a multicultural and high-performance team of project managers and designers- Supervise internal resources and external stakeholders such as local architects, MEP and Structural engineers, consultants and contractors- Manage project schedule, coordination of global and local contractors’ activities- Development and supervision of all the projects steps, from initial due diligence and site assessment to final handover- Capex estimation, tendering processes, bids qualification and negotiation- Prepare construction documents and detailed package to ensure conformance to brand and industry standards- Define and implement processes, guidelines and strategies to increase efficiency, transparency and global consistency.
