ABOUT FRANCESCO REGGIANI

After working as a Customs Broker at Sh.se.srl (a shipping agency owned by Cambiaso Risso based in Genoa, Italy) for two years (20••••21), on august 2nd I took part in the world CMA CGM with the position of Cargo Readiness Assistant : my task was to ensure organisation and customer satisfaction through the participation of different levels of operations.I was later promoted as Customer Service Officer - Team Elite, where my job consisted of providing operational advice to the company\'s best performing customers, constantly interfacing with internal departments (e.g. logistics, documentation, booking, disputes).Starting in January 2023, I began working in the steel industry within the Ak Steel International - Italian branch (a subsidiary of Cleveland Cliffs Inc.) with the position of Supply Chain Assistant, through which I supported the management of the entire supply chain, ensuring that order management processes were efficient. Since July 2024, I have gladly accepted the opportunity to work in the Sales Team as a Sales Representative, where I manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities, I receive offers, interact with customers to understand their needs and negotiate competitive prices, regularly collaborating with departments such as logistics and production to ensure effective solutions.Passionate, versatile and motivated person, being aware of the importance of contributing to a better world, I\'m always looking for new challanges.
