As the EMEA Partner Field CTO and Senior Manager for Global Strategic Partners Solutions Engineering at NetApp, Francesco leads a worldwide team of Partner Technical Leads and Solutions Architects dedicated to driving joint go to market success with NetApp’s most strategic Global System Integrators, including Accenture, Kyndryl, Capgemini, DXC, CGI, HCL, and TCS.His role focuses on strengthening deep technical collaboration, co developing differentiated solutions, and accelerating the adoption of NetApp technologies across these global partners. He works closely with NetApp’s Global Partner Executives and partner technical leadership to design and implement scalable GTM strategies at the global, regional, and in country levels, ensuring alignment across sell to, sell with, and sell through motions.Francesco oversees the development of partner led solution architectures, services aligned offerings, training and activation programs, and field execution motions that empower GSIs to deliver high quality outcomes for joint customers. He also ensures strong alignment between NetApp sellers and partner teams supporting complex, services led opportunities, reinforcing execution quality and strengthening account interlock.In this role, he leads, coaches, and mentors a globally distributed team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous development. He collaborates cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Programs teams to ensure joint solutions meet market needs and deliver measurable business value.Additionally, he contributes to long term partner strategy development, performance analytics, and executive level relationship management while serving as a technical advocate for NetApp’s portfolio. His overarching focus is to elevate partner capability, improve execution consistency, and drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic, outcome driven collaboration with the world’s leading GSIs.
