Main Responsibilities- Drive Network Performance Customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfillment in agreement with the Key Account Manager and the Operations Head - Deliver value to the customer by analyzing and proposing improvements on customers’ network, operations or processes, and by leading the implementation- Ensure that Network and End user Performance projects are fulfilled and delivered on time, with a high quality and customer satisfaction, and within budget- Support short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by interacting closely with Customers to identify new business opportunities that benefit both the Customers and Ericsson.
