Purchase order specialist, selling data analysis. To provide Purchase related informationand records in order to process purchase orders for procurement of equipment or service for Sales and Loans contracts along with processing amendments. Reviewing purchase orders from customers against contracts and verify pricing accuracy and review of specifications used on awarded contracts to customers and provide assistance to end users on creating requisitions in accordance with policies and procedures, performing reviews, maintaining open order reports; data accuracy. Coordinate with relative departments to review the order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders. Make sure that each PO complies each of the states individual tax laws. Maintain and manage the relative IT system (iSales, OCDS, etc) and provide training of contract review (eg. PO, BOQ and OCDS) to other staff and departments. Coordinate with other departments to improve the efficiency of PO process.Distributes order sheets to respective departments.
