My practice focuses on Italian and EU competition law. I am regularly involved in proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian competition authority relating to merger control, cartels and abuse of dominant position. I have gained a significant experience in State aid law and regularly advise companies on anticompetitive behaviour and in the assessment of distribution and licensing agreements. My expertise covers antitrust litigation, including both actions for damages and appeals of AGCM decisions before the administrative courts. I regularly deal with cases relating to unfair commercial practices and consumer protection. Moreover, I assists clients on a broad range of EU law-related matters, including on foreign direct investments cases.
