Govtech for Local Leadership Program @Feel

The GovTech for Local Leadership (G4LL) Program by Feel is an advanced training course dedicated to technological transformation for the leadership of territories and local public services. The program spans six months (November to April), followed by a three-month project work period. It combines flexible modular learning with both in-person and digital content, including weekend sessions across various cities, one of which is in Paris, to explore local ecosystems. The curriculum encompasses- Fundamentals: analysis and innovation of local public policies, foundations of GovTech, development of innovation ecosystems, startup-government collaborations, and financing transitions- Tech Enablers: artificial intelligence for public decision-makers, ICT architectures focusing on cloud and interoperability, urban AI technologies for monitoring territories and public assets, and cybersecurity & risk management- Leadership for GovTech: operational models and change management for digital transition, ethics in public decision-making on digital technologies, future studies on cities and territories, and multi-stakeholder alliances- Labs: citizen engagement, data-driven policy design, and design of local public services.As part of this program, my project work will focus on enhancing digital inclusivity for migrants through the digitalization processes of public administration. This initiative aims to address the digital divide, ensuring that migrants have the necessary digital skills and access to participate fully in society, communicate effectively, work, and utilize digital public services.
