Upstream bioprocess scientist, with microbiology background and PhD in Chemical Engineering. Now working on product development, I have extensive proficiency in Ambr250HT. I have experience in production of antibodies and therapeutic proteins from CHO cells across different scales (from 250mL to 500L).Interested in scale up and scale down modelling, and the use of Raman spectroscopy to monitor and control CCP in bioreactors.Past experience in liquid chromatography (SEC, IEX, NC), tangential flow filtration. Football and volley passionate, I like cooking in my spare time.
