ABOUT FRANCESCO PAOLO MAFFONI

I am Francesco Paolo Maffoni, a Senior SAP Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering complex ERP transformations across Retail, Fashion, and Industrial sectors. My core expertise spans SAP SD-LE and MM, S/4HANA, ABAP development, and system integration technologies including EDI/IDoc, SAP AIF, PO/PI, and CPI. I complement this with solid experience in Salesforce-SAP integration, Tableau BI, and test management frameworks such as Jira and HP-ALM. Over the course of my career, I have led and contributed to high-impact programs for international clients. Since April 2023, I have been working with Luxottica as a Senior SAP FMS Consultant, responsible for the delivery and AMS of their SAP FMS systems in the SCM area — supporting one of the world\'s leading eyewear groups in keeping mission-critical supply chain operations running and continuously improving. Previously, I served as SAP SD-LE FMS Senior Consultant on the DTNEXT project for Della Toffola Group, driving a full S/4HANA rollout across the entire group. I have also supported KERING S.A. on distribution enablement initiatives, encompassing Salesforce-SAP integration, BI reporting, and SAP AMS. My approach combines deep functional knowledge with a structured methodology: I map and optimize sales and logistics processes, design and deliver technical documentation, drive user adoption through targeted training, and coordinate effectively with key users, business stakeholders, and external partners. I hold a Master\'s degree in Economics, Finance, and International Integration and communicate fluently in Italian and English, with a working knowledge of Spanish. I am actively seeking new challenges where I can apply my expertise to drive measurable business value — particularly in S/4HANA transformation, system integration, and AI-augmented SAP consulting.
