As a member of the EMEA Dogfooding team, I successfully manage and coordinate three large feedback groups on Meta\'s internal platform, serving over members. My responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating connections with relevant contacts for bug resolution and tracking.In addition, I conduct tests of Virtual Reality (VR) environments and utilities for meetings and gaming, support users through VR headset setup and demos for new prototypes and software, and oversee event logistics for both in-person and virtual events to promote software and VR device adoption.My role involves conducting multiple weekly sync meetings across different departments and regions, including EMEA and APAC, to discuss ongoing issues, bugs, and feature requests. I coordinate with internal stakeholders to create events that increase adoption of internal devices and software and create comprehensive pre- and post-event reports to ensure successful event execution.
