Service Delivery Global Lead for HR operations managing a global team of 100 people distributed in 5 Delivery Centers all overe the world. The team is a mix of professionals with Technical skills for Application Maintenance and Evolution of HR platforms (SAP, Service Now, Cornerstone On Demand, Power BI, Microsoft Azure), HR Administration and Learning Administration skills and consultant with Agile and Lean six sigma capabilities. My responsibility covers all the following services: Employees and HR services based on a multiannual user experience continuous improvement plan, Time and Attendance Management, Travel Expenses Management, Payroll Management, Learning Services, On boarding and Off boarding management, Post-Retired services. In my role I am also the point of reference for my client and my company with regards all innovation programs in HR area.
