ABOUT FRANCESCO FIORE
Francesco is specialized in corporate, commercial and real estate law. He assists domestic and foreign corporations in a v ariety of corporate, real estate, compliance and commercial matters including, among others, the drafting and negotiation of: • Lease agreements; • Business sale-purchase or lease agreements within Shopping Centers; • Franchising Agreements; • Sub-concession agreements of spaces within airports and railway stations and shop-in-shop agreements; • Distribution and supply agreements. Francesco and his team is also inv olv ed in the rev iew and drafting of general terms and conditions of sale, rules of prize-competitions/prizecontests, sponsorship agreements; trademarks and patent licence agreements as well as in the rev iew of the proper application by the clients of data protection law prov isions. Francesco regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on corporate and compliance matters and is professor at the master “Diritto e Impresa” of the Sole 24 ore. He has been a member of Italian Bar Association since 2002 and member of the International Bar Association (IBA) since 2011. He regularly attends MAPIC ev entsand has an in-depth knowledge of the Italian real estate market.
