ABOUT FRANCESCO FIDEL CAMERA
I graduated with honors from Trento University, discussing a thesis entitled “Facing Art. 17 of the New Copyright Directive: Digital Constitutionalism in the time of Private Ordering and Automated Filtering\"; the research activity was carried out in collaboration with Tallinn University of Technology. Thanks to the Erasmus+ program, I spent two semesters at NOVA School of Law in Lisbon, attending its Master in \'Business Law & Technology\'. Now, after joining the \'IT & Data\' practice of ADVANT Nctm, I assist domestic and multinational companies and groups of companies in a wide range of activities in the areas of data protection, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data economy, and digital services, with specialized expertise in the TMT, biomedical and pharmaceutical sectors.
